The Company Story

LETS Consult Limited was founded in 2024 by Stephen Kavanagh, Pg.Cert, BBus, H.Dip, CMILT, DGSA, and Rachel Teeling, MIILEX, CILT, combining decades of transport industry expertise with legal and compliance know-how. Rachel, a qualified Legal Executive and Transport Manager, brings a strong background in both the legal and transport sectors.
Rachel first met Stephen while completing her Transport Manager course, where Stephen, an experienced educator, had already taught thousands of pupils across all areas of transport. Recognising their shared passion for helping operators succeed, they joined forces to create LETS Consult Limited.
LETS stands for Logistics, Environmental, Transport, Supply Chain, reflecting the breadth of services we provide.
With our combined knowledge, we have successfully guided clients in setting up their businesses, securing lucrative government transport contracts, and maintaining compliance. Today, we are proud to be a trusted partner to transport operators, offering friendly, professional, and results-driven support that helps businesses grow and thrive in a competitive market.
